Based on FLEXOLEN®, a PE-RT 63 material, the WEFA floor heating installation pipe displays the all important flexibility required by pipe layers. Finally, a really flexible pipe designed for floor heating systems. The >MIDI< soft® five-layer system with the internal EVOH oxygen barrier, which is protected from external damage on the building site, secures a level of safety that is demanded by pipe layers. Moreover, the five-layer construction ensures a long service life and minimizes the effects of ageing of the individual layers.
Based on the PE-RT 80 Material PEOC®, WEFA also offers a composite pipe that can be used both as an installation pipe for floor heating and for connecting radiators to the >MIDI< Composite® system. PE_RT |

Wefa supplies pipes made of PE-RT 90 for sanitary use and high-temperature radiator connections. PE-RT 90 is a metallocene-catalysed polyethylene which is extremely resistant to heat and ageing. The material and the pipes have been tested by the DVGW in accordance with KTW recommendations. The material also meets the requirements of DVGW Worksheet W 270.

The WefaKlim pipe system can be used in pipeline networks in air-conditioning, heating, and installation
engineering applications.
The maximum operating pressure of 10 bar is to
be maintained for operating temperatures in the
range -20 °C to +20 °C. For temperatures in the
range +10 °C to +95 °C, the maximum operating
pressures should be taken from Tables 4 and 5.
